On all website and in store products we require that the customer contact us within thirty days of receipt of our product in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.

 Mile High Botanical K does not assume the responsibility for the return shipping costs on any merchandise “defective or otherwise.”  All orders are thoroughly inspected at Mile High Botanical K and properly packed before shipping.

 Mile High Botanical K does assume the responsibility for the quality of our goods upon arrival to the customer. 

 Mile High Botanical K also assumes the responsibility for shipping costs on its products exchanged when shipped to our customers. 

 Important: All return requests are to be accompanied by the original product “defective or otherwise” in unopened and un-tampered condition in order for the customer to qualify for a refund.

 Mile High Botanical K products are packaged in a heat sealed zip-lock Mylar bag.  This seal cannot be broken in order for a product to qualify for refund.  

 Mile High Botanical K reserves the right to refuse product refunds on questionable returns and does not offer refunds on any opened products.

 In order to qualify for an exchange or store credit, Mile High Botanical K requires the return of the original product.  

 While we do not require that a product returned for store credit also be in an unopened and un-tampered condition, we do reserve the right to refuse return requests.

 Mile High Botanical K also reserves the right to deny an exchange or credit upon inspection of any returned merchandise.

 Mile High Botanical K will not reship a returned item for any reason.
